Best Western Conference Airporthotel Frankfurt-Moerfelden

The food was absolutely DELICIOUS! At this hotel restaurant! By far the best meal I’ve had during my Europe tour! The potatoes had an exquisite flavor, and the grilled pork was simply perfect! The hotel is super clean and comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! 🌟 I definitely recommend it 100%! 👏✨

Nice room with lots of space and was clean and tidy at arrival. Silent room. No aircon so hot night. The breakfast has all you expect and wish for. Maybe truck drivers or workers used the restaurant, most were normal however some acted like low life. Our 4 year old commented “that is not how to behave in a restaurant”. Parked in the garage as truckers or workers was hanging out in the streets. Did not seem safe to park out. Would visit again out of Summer with good rate.

We’ve stayed in a lot of Best Westerns and this is the worst one we’ve ever stayed at. The A/C was broken. Fridge did not work. Of course no phones to call the front desk so my husband had to go down multiple times. We asked for a different room and none were available. No access to a crib for my son since we had an evening flight. Definitely go somewhere else.

The service was very strict , they force you to throw away your food if you didn’t finish your breakfast. Where is the ecological behaviour ? At 11:00 they enter the room, not waiting 10 seconds for you to open the door. I was naked. The place is beautiful but no they lack flexibility!

Good rooms, spacious, quiet place, good breakfast, though location is bit odd as you do not get any public transport here, mostly you depend on taxi or uber

A Disappointing Stay Having recently stayed at the Best Western Airport Hotel Frankfurt, I was left underwhelmed by the experience. This property, which appears to be an older hotel recently rebranded under the Best Western name, unfortunately suffers from its age and a lack of essential amenities. Many of the furniture and fittings are noticeably old. During my stay, I even had to change rooms because the HVAC fan in my first room wasn't working. The second room, while offering working air conditioning, presented another issue: a broken bed leg. These issues point to a need for significant renovations to bring the hotel up to modern standards. Beyond the room specific issues, the hallways were consistently stuffy, to the point of feeling almost breathless at times. This lack of proper ventilation throughout common areas was quite uncomfortable. Perhaps the most surprising and inconvenient aspect for an "airport hotel" is the absence of a shuttle service. Given its location, which feels "middle of nowhere" without easy public transport links, a shuttle is a basic expectation for guests traveling to and from the airport. Without it, getting to and from the hotel is an added hassle and expense. Overall, the Best Western Airport Hotel Frankfurt provides subpar facilities and service for its location and branding. While Best Western may have taken over the property, it seems little has been done to modernize it or enhance the guest experience. Until significant improvements are made, I would advise travelers to consider other options near Frankfurt Airport.

So this place is located directly in a construction area. The app shows air-conditioning but they only have fans circulating from the vents. The bar is owned by a separate⁶ company and getting ice is like pulling teeth. I'm a Platinum card holder which entitles me a free drink. I was offered it the 1st night I checked in but forgot to get it, so I asked for it last night and the guy at the reception desk was not having it. He even called his Supervisors and they told him no. This place was lesser of any of the Bestwesterns I've visited.

The staff was great, no complains about that, food was also really good. But the hotel is full of our "beloved" fellow "cocălari". The rooms are ok but there is no AC, during summer days, it's almost impossible tot stay in. The fellow "cocălari" are playing music out loud even after 22:00. A lot of foul smells and dirt in the hallways, coming from them. I am sorry for the cleaning staff that have to deal with these scums... Again, staff is really great and friendly, but the issues above ruin everything.
